Walter Oliver’s Solo Exhibtion
Analogue Thoughts explores and celebrates the photographic achievements of Walter Oliver through a selection of pieces from his body of work, created over a period of more than 30 years. Having previously taken pictures of subjects including Lennox Lewis and Nigel Benn for such institutions as Campaign, Black Britain and ITV News, this exhibition showcases Walter’s stunning photographic collection, shot through the lens of his Hasselblad 500C/M camera.
This one day spectacular exhibition depicts Walter’s work in three distinct themes: Images in Colour, The Globetrotter and The Essence. Renowned for his unique dark room techniques, which comprise of a variety of lighting and exposures, Walter creates remarkably distinctive visual effects without any digital enhancement.
